Orion has been asked to assist with moving supplies from a UN logistics point to the central aid site, where the local organiser will provide further instructions for distributing them across the region.
Recent operations have shown that the insurgents are significantly better equipped and organised than first believed. The UN is concerned that the aid operation will become a target once distribution begins. Insurgent forces may attempt to isolate and overwhelm individual sites before launching a wider attack, with infantry expected to be supported by troop transports, technicals, and other armed vehicles.
The central aid site is essential to the operation and must remain active. The surrounding sites should also be protected where possible, as their loss will reduce the reach of the aid effort and damage local confidence in the UN mission.
Collect the prepared UN aid shipment and transport it to the central aid site. Report to the aid organiser on arrival and assist with moving supplies to the surrounding locations. Teams may also be required to hand out aid, move cargo, and treat injured civilians before the distribution operation can be considered complete. Once the aid has been distributed, prepare the sites for any potential insurgent attacks. Protect UN personnel, civilians, supplies, medical facilities, and other essential assets. The central aid site is the main priority and must remain operational. If a supporting site becomes untenable, recover surviving personnel and portable supplies before falling back to the central site.
Proceed to the UN logistics point and collect the prepared aid shipment. Load the supplies into suitable vehicles and transport them to the central aid site. Report to the aid organiser on arrival and distribute the cargo between the surrounding locations according to their individual requirements. Confirm what each site needs before unloading to avoid leaving another location short of supplies.

Defend the central aid site and surrounding locations against insurgent attack. Early attacks may target one site before spreading across the network. Supporting sites should be held where possible, but personnel are not to become isolated defending a lost position. If a site is overrun, recover survivors and portable supplies before falling back. The central aid site is the final defensive position and must remain operational.
