Operational context
Situation
Following your previous attacks, Russian forces have reinforced positions all across the region and have begun ramping up their search for resistance sympathisers and surviving Orion personnel. They have started arresting anyone even remotely suspicious, with hundreds of civilians being detained in nearby towns.
A resistance commander has disappeared during these mass arrests. He holds sensitive information about Orion and was in charge of a cell investigating a significant Russian convoy movement. He last reported in from the newly designated heavy occupation zone, and intel suggests that they have a holding facility somewhere within.

Command directive
Mission
Locate the Resistance Commander and recover him before his identity is discovered and they're able to interrogate him. Once you extract him to a secure location, find out what he knows about the convoy then act on it if possible.
Attacking other sites remains at leadership's discretion, and may further disrupt Russian operations, or provide additional supplies and intelligence.

Locate and Rescue the presumed captured Resistance Commander.

Investigate Convoy
Talk to the Resistance Commander about the convoy he was investigating, if he has any actionable information about it, then act on it.

Sabotage / Destroy Russian Sites
Destroy any Sites chosen by leadership.
